9月28日下午,市场监管总局召开食品安全专题新闻发布会,解读《餐饮服务连锁企业落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定》。市场监管总局法规司副司长王丹在会上发言时表示,《规定》要求企业总部要按照保证食品安全的需要,制定涵盖原料采购、进货查验、食品贮存、加工制作、配送管理、投诉处理、应急处置等各环节的操作规程,并督促分支机构、中央厨房、门店严格执行。我们强调,“连”不是形式上的联合,而是标准上的统一、行动上的一致。只有做到“千店一面、标准一致、品质一流”,才能让消费者在任何一家门店都能享受到同样放心的餐饮服务,才能不断提升品牌的知名度和美誉度,才能将餐饮连锁品牌真正打造成食品安全的“金字招牌”!(记者 谢龙飞)
