  “到底是孩子上学还是家长上学?”近日,泸州市一名小学二年级学生家长在四川省网上群众工作平台“问政四川”上反映:“班级家委会通知,要聘请‘保洁’打扫教室日常卫生,如不愿交费,家长可‘自愿’到校打扫卫生。”打扫教室本是一件小事,却要通过家委会聘请保洁来完成,这让许多网友都感到不解。

  此类情况并不鲜见。今年秋季学期开学前,家长们拿着抹布、拖把、清洁剂在学校热火朝天义务劳动的大扫除场面,在全国多地小学上演。新学期第一节劳动课,由家长或保洁人员代劳打扫卫生,这道校园里的“特殊风景”,体现的并非家校共育“双向奔赴”的温情,而暴露出学校劳动教育的缺位。

  教室卫生该由谁打扫?这本不该成为引起社会广泛争议的问题。学校作为教育主阵地,理应承担起主体责任。教育部《大中小学劳动教育指导纲要(试行)》《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》明确提出,中小学劳动教育课平均每周不少于1课时,要求小学1—2年级学生“参与班集体劳动,主动维护室内外环境卫生”,3—4年级学生“参与校园卫生保洁、垃圾分类处理、绿化美化等劳动”。

  劳动教育不能仅停留在书本上,而应扎根于生活中。老师带着学生打扫卫生,是落实劳动教育、培养学生良好劳动习惯、塑造劳动品质的实践方式。如果因担心低年级孩子年纪小,打扫慢、清扫不干净,或登高擦玻璃、搬桌椅存在磕碰受伤的安全隐患,亦或心疼孩子“没苦硬吃”被累到,就“一刀切”不让学生卫生值日,这样过度保护的教育才是真出了问题。

  一屋不扫何以扫天下,温室里长不出参天大树。劳动是孩子成长的必修课,劳动教育是立德树人的根基工程,促进青少年全面发展的重要载体。家长花钱请人打扫教室卫生,校园农场种植养护大人在忙、孩子在看,劳动作业采取摆拍方式应付了事等现象,正在模糊劳动教育的初衷。

  避免劳动教育沦为形式,家长要学会放手,学校要回归育人初心,完善课程设计、建立科学的评价体系,真正实现从知识本位向素质本位的育人转型,让孩子们在汗水中学会担当,在“做中学”“学中做”中独立成长,让欢声笑语的劳动场景,成为孩子们最难忘的校园记忆。(半月谈评论员 吴晓颖)
