秋分:阴阳相半 敛神润燥(节气与健康)
9月23日是秋分节气。首都医科大学附属北京中医医院皮肤科副主任医师谢芳介绍,秋分日昼夜均分、寒暑持平,自此之后,阴气渐长、阳气渐收,天气由热转凉。中医认为,秋分标志着自然界进入阴阳均衡的状态,人体也应顺应“收敛”之气,养生以平衡阴阳、防燥润肺为核心,为迎接寒冬储备能量。
“秋分养生,重在‘平衡’与‘防燥’。”谢芳说,饮食方面,应遵循滋阴润肺的原则,多食梨、银耳、山药、百合、芝麻等柔润之品,可适当用麦冬、沙参等药材煲汤,也可常饮秋梨膏、五汁饮等,缓解秋燥。同时,应少吃辛辣、油炸、生冷之物,如辣椒、火锅、冰饮等,以免助燥伤阴,损伤脾胃。起居方面,宜早睡早起,注意适时添减衣物,特别要保护腹部和双脚不受寒。运动建议选择强度适中的活动,如散步、太极或八段锦,达到微微汗出即可,切忌大汗淋漓,以护阳气。
秋分期间,“秋燥”最易伤人,常表现为口干咽痛、干咳少痰、鼻衄、皮肤干燥瘙痒等呼吸与皮肤问题。谢芳表示,应对秋燥,除室内使用加湿器外,还可通过食疗润燥,如常饮银耳百合羹、桑葚水,或食用富含胶质的食物,如桃胶、皂角米、猪蹄等;按摩列缺穴可缓解咽喉不适。皮肤干燥的人,洗澡水温不宜过高,时间不宜过长,浴后及时涂抹润肤乳,也可选用麦冬、生地、沙参等煮水药浴,从内而外滋润肌肤。此外,也可用桑葚干泡水喝,桑葚滋阴补血,对肝肾阴虚导致的皮肤干燥效果很好。
“秋分时节,也需注意情绪调节。”谢芳提醒,秋分后日照减少,人容易产生悲秋之情,应多晒太阳、多与亲友交谈,培养乐观心境。可饮用玫瑰花茶、桂花茶等舒心安神,避免熬夜与过度思虑。睡前用温水泡脚、听舒缓音乐、阅读轻松书籍,也有助心神安宁。
谢芳表示,秋分是秋冬交接的关键时期,养生重在调和阴阳,防燥保暖,以润为法、以平为期,通过饮食、起居、运动、情志等多方面的调整,使身心处于滋润、平和、不燥不寒的状态,为安度寒冬打下坚实基础。
