  羊城晚报讯 记者朱嘉乐、通讯员粤卫信报道:国庆、中秋“双节”即将来临,如何健康过节?在近日广东省卫健委举办的“岭南时令与健康专家媒体座谈会”上,广东省疾病预防控制中心副主任医师张萌给出建议,可采用“一不、二少、三多”健康指南。

  “一不”指的是“不采不食野”。郊游踏青,一定要杜绝采摘和食用野生蘑菇、野生植物和路边野果。

  “二少”包括两个方面:一是“少油糖”,就是要控制高油、高糖、高脂肪食物的摄入量,优先选择清蒸、炖煮等烹调方式的菜肴,少选油炸、烧烤类食品。二是“少浪费”,就是外出就餐要按需点餐,尽量不要造成食物浪费。

  “三多”是指:一是“多运动”。保持规律的运动习惯,建议每天进行30分钟以上的中等强度运动,如快走、慢跑、骑自行车、登山、郊游等户外活动。二是“多蔬果”。确保每餐都有足量的新鲜蔬菜和水果,建议每天摄入300-500克蔬菜、200-350克水果。三是“多选店”。外出就餐时要选择证照齐全、环境整洁的正规餐饮场所,食品安全更有保障。

  此外,还要特别注意饮食卫生。在外就餐要做到“熟食优先”,尽量避免生冷食物。食用火锅时,一定要确保食物完全煮熟,特别是肉类、海鲜等食材。需要提醒的是,酒、醋等调味料并不能有效杀灭寄生虫和致病菌,不能依赖这些方法来保证生食的安全。
