  中新社北京10月29日电 (记者 王恩博)中国国家统计局29日公布,2024年中国创新指数达到174.2(以2015年为100),比2023年增长5.3%,保持稳步增长态势。指数显示,理工类人才培养规模持续壮大。

  分领域看,创新环境指数、创新投入指数、创新产出指数和创新成效指数分别为186.0、162.6、215.8和132.4,分别比上年增长4.9%、5.1%、8.1%和1.9%。

  国家统计局社科文司统计师林梅表示,在四个分领域的18个评价指标指数中,每万名R&D(研发)人员高价值发明专利拥有量指数、理工类毕业生占适龄人口比重指数等2个指标指数保持较快增长,增速连续3年超过10%。

  评价指标中,理工类毕业生占适龄人口比重指数比上年增长10.8%,连续三年保持两位数增长。2024年中国理工农医类本科及以上毕业生人数达314.5万人,比上年增加17.2万人,占比达50.7%,比上年提高0.4个百分点,高素质研发人才储备成为支撑中国科技创新的重要生力军。

  创新投入也继续增加。2024年中国基础研究经费达2500.9亿元(人民币,下同),比上年增长10.7%,延续两位数以上较快增长势头,增速高于全社会R&D经费增速1.8个百分点,占R&D经费比重达到6.88%,创历史最好水平。

  在创新产出方面,2024年中国发明专利授权数为104.5万件,比上年增长13.5%;截至2024年底,境内有效发明专利达到468.2万件,比上年增长16.6%。2024年中国技术市场成交合同数99.4万项,成交总金额6.8万亿元,分别比上年增长5.1%和11.2%。(完)
