  中新网江西赣州7月13日电 (记者 苏婧欣)在江西寻乌的南桥镇高排村,一座有着近三百年历史的客家祠堂“陈氏云魁公祠大夫第”(以下简称“大夫第”),正悄然扮演着乡村社会治理的新角色,成为村民调解纠纷、促进和谐的“和解客厅”。

  12日,记者随“活力中国调研行”主题采访团走进江西省赣州市的寻乌县,见证了一座客家古祠的现代新生。

  据了解,大夫第是赣南地区保存最完好的“九厅十八井”客家古建筑代表之一,以其高墙深宅、严谨结构和独特的防御工事著称。过去,其坚固的糖灰墙和瞭望口用于抵御外患。如今,祠堂内部连通各户的厅井结构和走廊,为村民日常聚集提供了便利空间。

  据寻乌县人民政府副县长吴九生介绍,这座祠堂在现代被赋予了新功能,当地探索出的一种名为“客家矛盾客家调”的调解方式,已成为调解邻里矛盾的重要场所。

  “有事到祠堂说,有理到祠堂讲,有纠纷到祠堂调。”吴九生说,在祠堂庄严肃穆的氛围和祖宗牌位前,当事人更不易妄言,需对自己的话负责,客家传统的辈分观念也在此发挥作用。

  “调解时,通常会先请当事人喝杯茶。”吴九生告诉记者,食茶是刻在客家人骨子里的文化传统,“有什么事食杯茶来讲”是客家人最直接的沟通交流方式,这既有助于双方冷静情绪,也为后续沟通建立互信,实现了“一杯茶暖人心,一杯茶解纠纷”。

  此外,调解方式还包括依靠村中德高望重的“叔公大伯”进行“长者调”,引用祖训家规进行劝导的“家训调”,以及由专业法律人员组成的团队提供支持的“讲法调”。

  在赣州,像寻乌大夫第这样活用客家文化促进乡村治理的例子还有很多。近年来,当地将众多客家祠堂赋予新角色,它们既是讲法普法的课堂,也是化解邻里心结的地方。目前,全市已有超80处祠堂成为实践“客家矛盾客家调”的重要场所。(完)
