深秋时节,漫步于太原市晋源区古朴的赤桥村,在晚清名士刘大鹏故居斜对面,一方题为“郑伯阳故里”的青砖小院静默伫立。这里,正是明末清初思想家傅山的恩师——郑伯阳的故居,斑驳的墙面与高悬的牌匾,无声地诉说着其深厚的历史渊源。

推开泛着温润包浆的老式木门,一座始建于明末清初、拥有四百余年历史的郑氏老宅徐徐展现。院落布局严谨,3间正房、4间偏房及南侧3间房屋完好保留了明清建筑特色。院中一株花椒树挺拔向上,缀满红果,为古朴的院落注入了盎然生机。宅院主人、73岁的郑三宝说自己守护的不仅是这座祖宅,更有一套传承数百年的珍贵豆青色瓷器。

在老宅屋内,一方90公分见方的黄花梨木八仙桌成为视觉焦点,其上整齐陈列着一套规制讲究的豆青瓷餐具。整套器皿包括中央的8只五寸碗与8只五寸碟,外围配套的手碟、酒盅以及一只锡酒壶,从尺寸协调性到颜色统一性,均透露出传统饮食礼仪的考究与精致。细观这些瓷器,釉色温润内敛,表面带有天然的浅裂纹与岁月留下的细微划痕。每件器物里外釉色各异,碗口饰以金边,酒盅为敞口带足形制,底部均印有不同年号款识,彰显着其独特的身份与当年工匠的精湛技艺。

“这些都是先祖郑伯阳传下来的宝贝,是当年举办家宴宴请宾朋时的专用器具。”郑三宝介绍道。这份传承,也与一段历史佳话紧密相连。据刘大鹏《晋祠志》记载及屋内悬挂的诗文摘录显示,郑伯阳与傅山师徒情深。郑伯阳去世后,傅山曾作诗刻石悼念,诗中“题碑吾死后,镌字嘱深深”等句,无不体现着对恩师的敬重与郑氏家族深厚的文化底蕴。
这份文化基因正以新的方式延续。随着赤桥村文旅发展,郑三宝在祖宅开办“郑家家宴”,将家族传承的“八碟八碗”传统美食,如八宝饭、米粉肉等,重新端上餐桌。当传统佳肴与百年器皿相遇,游客们不仅能在舌尖回味老太原的饮食记忆,更能在视觉与触感上,体验一场与历史对话的沉浸式盛宴。
如今,每逢家宴开席,豆青瓷器在灯光下泛着温润光泽,蒸汽携饭菜香气萦绕于百年老宅。食客们于此品味的不仅是美食,更是流转于杯盘碗盏间的历史故事,传统文化便在这一餐一食中悄然传承,焕发新生。(完)
