——皮肤晒伤紧急护理
晒后1~3小时:毛细血管扩张,出现红、热、刺痛等皮肤灼伤反应,可用常温纯净水、补水保湿喷雾进行湿敷。
晒后3~6小时:皮肤处于缺水状态,敷一张补水面膜或舒缓面膜,给皮肤补水。
晒后1~2天:晒伤的皮肤细胞开始脱落,补水保湿后使用修复屏障的护肤品,加入舒缓修复屏障的护肤品。
晒后3天以上:皮肤屏障修复的同时,为了避免过度的黑素沉积,可选择修复美白类护肤品。
晒后7天以上:皮肤暴露部位出现明显的黑素沉积,此时应做好清洁、补水、保湿和舒缓皮肤,缓慢促使皮肤黑素沉积淡化。
脱皮:千万勿撕剥。外涂低敏保湿乳有助于损伤表皮的新生。尽量穿宽松衣服减少摩擦。
水疱:尽量保持小水疱疱壁的完整。较大的水疱可用无菌注射器抽吸出疱液,并用无菌纱布覆盖、包扎。已破溃的水疱可用无菌生理盐水湿敷或外敷莫匹罗星盐水纱条,并进行简单包扎。注意,一旦发现水疱疱液浑浊,或局部红、肿、痛等感染迹象,应尽早就医。
