  并非运动强度越大、时间越长,健身效果越好。一方面,过度运动易导致身体疲劳,甚至引发运动损伤。另一方面,执着于高强度运动,也会因运动难度过高、身体负担过重而难以坚持。

  通常情况下,建议健康人群每周开展不低于150分钟的中等强度或中高强度有氧运动。换算下来,每天坚持30分钟以上中等强度或中高强度有氧运动是合理的选择,如快走、慢跑、打乒乓球、打羽毛球、游泳等;同时,还需配合每周2~3次的抗阻运动,即通过肌肉对抗外部阻力,达到增加肌肉力量和耐力的运动方式,如深蹲、哑铃训练、弹力带练习等。

  值得一提的是,八段锦、太极拳等传统运动形式融合了有氧运动、抗阻运动、平衡训练和柔韧性训练的多重优势,对于改善健康状态具有良好的作用。

  需要特别注意的是,选择运动方式时需结合自身情况。运动是一个身体逐步适应的过程,建议从低强度、短时程的运动方式开始,循序渐进地增加运动强度与时长,以减少或避免运动损伤的发生。
