从“一滴奶”到“满口香” 中外嘉宾了解蒙古族奶制品制作过程|国产精品国产三级国产AV主播
8月4日,“人权行动看中国·2025”内蒙古行活动在锡林郭勒盟启动。来自意大利、希腊、匈牙利、法国和中国等10余个国家的专家学者和媒体人,用他们的视角记录和传播内蒙古自治区在绿色发展、和谐共生领域的故事。
活动首站,嘉宾们在首放·锡林郭勒奶酪文化产业园了解蒙古族传统奶制品的制作过程。经过发酵、熬煮、揉搓等一系列环节,一滴奶变成不同形态、不同味道的各类奶食品,嘉宾们品尝之后赞不绝口。
奶制品占据蒙古族传统美食的“半壁江山”,2014年,奶制品制作技艺入选中国国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。近年来,锡林郭勒盟奶制品行业不断探索和实践,在保留传统技艺的同时加入机械化生产,保证食品安全的同时还能提高产量;当地企业还在奶制品口味和种类上持续创新,拓宽销售渠道,让越来越多的人都能品尝并且爱上这一传统美食。
