寒露后早晚凉飕飕,还适合晨练、夜跑吗?|软萌小仙自慰喷白浆

  央广网北京10月9日消息(记者 郑洁怡 实习记者 毛静)随着秋季来临,我国多地昼夜温差持续增大,这让广大运动爱好者犯了难:以往习惯的晨练、夜跑,在这样的天气里可以正常进行吗?北京中医药大学东直门医院肿瘤科主任医师郑学智做客央广网《中华名医号》栏目,并给出了解答。

  郑学智主任解释,晨练和夜跑都是可行的,但需要注意以下事项:

  晨练建议↓

  1.保暖防寒:秋季清晨气温较低,需穿着保暖衣物,如风衣、手套等,避免着凉。运动前可先在室内热身,待身体适应后再外出。

  2.适度补充能量:晨练前可适量饮用温水或运动饮料,补充水分和糖分,避免空腹运动导致低血糖。

  3.充分热身:晨起后身体较为僵硬,需进行充分的热身活动,如活动手腕、脚腕、腰部、颈部等,降低受伤风险。

  4.选择合适环境:避免在空气质量差或风大的环境中晨练,可选择公园、操场等空气清新、视野开阔的地方。

  夜跑建议↓

  1.注意安全:夜间视野受限,需穿着反光衣物或佩戴反光饰品,选择照明良好的路线,避免在偏僻或昏暗的地方跑步。尽量结伴而行,确保人身安全。

  2.控制运动强度:夜跑时间不宜过长,建议控制在30~60分钟内,避免过度疲劳影响睡眠质量。

  3.做好保暖措施:夜跑结束后及时更换衣物,避免受凉感冒。可携带保暖外套,跑完后立即穿上。

  4.合理安排时间:夜跑应在晚餐后至少1小时进行,避免饭后立即运动导致消化不良。
